Picking the right gutter configuration for you:
Most K-style gutter machines come in a variety of configurations including: 5”, 6” or 5/6” combination configurations.  For those new to the industry, this means that the finished gutter has a width of either 5” or 6” at the bottom.  In the world of gutter contracting that inch can make a big difference.
First, dedicated gutter machines that produce either 5” or 6” gutter are only able to produce those sizes.  These machines are best for the contractor who knows what is needed in his or her market and sees no variation.

For contractors who want to offer a variety of gutter sizes, or may not know what they need the best option is a 5/6” combo configuration.  While this option is slightly more costly the contractor has the option to do a variety of work as 5/6” combo machines can be easily changed over from 5” to 6” or vice versa, often times in the field.  The New Tech Machine MACH II 5/6” combo configuration gutter machine tooling changeover can be completed by one person, minimal tools and often done in 15 minutes or less.  New Tech Machinery also offers a quick YouTube video showing how easy it is to complete a tooling changeover.

Tile Sheet Roll Formers
Profiilikeskus tile sheet roll forming line meets the production demands of today’s heavy duty metal roofing industry. The tile sheet roll former is driven by a powerful electric motor and the press and post cutter are operated by an 11kw hydraulic unit. With an efficient production speed of 8 meters per minute you can reach production output of 15 tons in one shift.
An advanced Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) unit is provided with an LCD-monitor and the necessary electrical components for manual and automatic line operation. This unit controls the operations of the roll forming machine, press, cutter and stacker.

Their advanced software enables you to modify the distance between pressings and the length of the eaves section. Up to 10 different lengths and 1000 pieces can be programmed for each production set. With the latest pressing tool it is possible to press various step heights (minimum 14 mm / maximum 25 mm) simply by placing additional plates under the tool set.

These features make our Tile Sheet Line highly efficient and user friendly. The process is fully automated and can easily be operated by one man.

Tile Sheet Production Line
Includes: roll forming machine, press, post-cutter for the end product, pre-cutter for the flat sheet, automatic stacker with motorized roller line and decoiler.

The roll former has 16 chain-driven stations. The bottom shafts drive the machine and the drive has a 7.5kw electrical motor.

Ridge Cap Machine
A computerized control unit is provided with the necessary electrical components for both manual and automatic running of the line. This unit controls the operation of the roll forming machine, the press and the cutter.
